End Inequalities: Zero Discrimination Day
End Inequalities. Zero Discrimination Day was launched by UNAIDS in 2014 to promote equality and prevent discrimination from standing in the way of achieving the ambitions, goals and dreams of people around the globe. This year, UNAIDS calls us to “highlight the urgent need to take action to end the inequalities surrounding income, sex, age, health status, occupation, disability, sexual orientation, drug use, gender identity, race, class, ethnicity and religion that continue to persist around the world”.
The TARGETED-MPI team stands as an ally in the fight for a more equal future and strives to create an environment of fairness, equality and respect in academia through gender mainstreaming techniques.
