TARGETED-MPI: Kick-Off Meeting

On Thursday 1 October and Friday 2 October 2020, TARGETED-MPI partners held the project virtual Kick-Off Meeting. 26 people from the project’s six partners and the TARGETED-MPI Project Officer came together to discuss the project’s objectives, expectations and results to be achieved in the four years of its duration. Despite the travel restrictions due to Covid-19 precluding a physical meeting, the online meeting was very successful in bringing partners up to date with the project objectives and work structure and informing them about project management issues. 

A new 4-year project, TARGETED-MPI aims to tackle Gender Inequality in Business and Management schools with benefit to research organisations across the European Research Area through the development, effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Gender Equality Plans, to drive more inclusive, sustainable and transparent academic cultures. TARGETED-MPI responds directly to the Horizon H2020-SwafS-09-2018-2019 call under the topic support to Higher Education and Research Organisations to implement Gender Equality Plans.
